Dayton, Ohio – The Dayton Business Journal (DBJ) has named Corbus’ CEO, Vishal Soin, as one of the top 100 regional people to know in aerospace and defense for 2017.

“The list includes the people who are the movers and shakers in those sectors, as well as some of the behind-the-scenes players who have a large amount of influence,” said the DBJ.

In addition to his work as Chief Executive Officer of Corbus, Soin also acts as the Chairman and CEO of CTC Plastics, and is the President of Soin International.

“[Sion] plays a key role in local organizations that preform national advocacy for the Dayton region and its defense assets,” said DBJ regarding Soin’s influence in the aerospace and defense sectors.

In addition to his professional engagements, Soin is a huge supporter of the arts and philanthropic endeavors throughout the Dayton community. He has served as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Wright State University and as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Dayton Children’s Medical Center.

He serves as an active board member of the Dayton Regional Signature Fund, and has previously served on the Board of Trustees of the Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce, the Downtown Dayton Partnership, the Dayton Philharmonic Orchestra, the Asian Indian American Business Group of Dayton, and the Education and Public Interest Foundation.
