Corbus recognizes the importance of contributing and serving the most helpless in our community. Therefore, during the Corbus’ social events, we stress on the importance of donating to a charity.
- In the month of August last year, Corbus helped kids get ready for school. Corbus offices teamed up with other local companies to gather shoes and backpacks to provide to the childrens at St. Vincent homeless shelter.
- This year at the Valentine’s Day in the US, Corbus made 70 treat bags for the homeless kids who live at St. Vincent's Homeless Shelter.
- On Valentine’s Day last year, in the US, Corbus collected hats, gloves, scarves and coats to be distributed to around 500 kids of the Foster Care who had nothing but just the clothes on their back.
- For Cinco De Mayo (May 5) in the US, Corbus collected donations at multiple office sites for one our employees who is going on a mission trip to an orphanage in Mexico in June. Items included clothing and school supplies for the children.
- In India office it is our custom to contribute every year on 15th August to the AWWA association. This is our gesture and salute to the Indian soldiers who sacrificed their lives in war.
- Corbus also contributes towards any relief fund where there has been some tragedy. Recently Corbus employees donated for Bihar flood victims in India, wherein all the employees voluntarily came forward for donation. The money was sent to the "Prime Minister Relief Fund".
