Corbus believes that in today's economy, if our business isn't learning, then we're going to fall behind and as business learns, so do its people. Our employees are the ones that produce, refine, protect, deliver and manage our products or services every day, year in, year out. With the rapid pace and international reach of the 21st century marketplace, continual learning is critical to our business' continued success.
To create a learning culture in our business, we begin by clearly communicating our expectations to the employees and the steps they should take to hone their skills to stay on top of their professions or fields of work. We also work out the specific training needs and targeted results we've established for them as a result of our needs’ analysis.
To achieve this objective we conduct technical, process oriented and soft skills training for our employees on a monthly basis. Apart from this, the employees are nominated for various external workshops from time to time i.e. Project Management, Green Belt Training, and Interpersonal Communication Skills Workshops, so as to name a few.
Corbus attempts to have each and every employee globally get at least 40 hours or more of training. Last year we conducted more than 50 thousand man-hours of training for our staff.
