Corbus, LLC welcomed David P. Spencer as President and Chief Operating Officer on July 25, 2011. Mr. Spencer was preceded by the company’s founder, Mr. Raj Soin, who will remain Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Spencer, a lifelong Buckeye and Dayton resident since 1987, has over 25 years of professional experience, many of which were spent abroad gaining an understanding of international business firsthand. Under his leadership, clients have saved millions of dollars by implementing cost effective and time efficient technology enabled business solutions.
David P. Spencer was previously employed by Mead Data Central (now LexisNexis), Reynolds & Reynolds, Infosys, Larsen & Toubro and WNS Global Services. He has held current and past Board positions on the Dayton Ballet Association, Jewel Education Foundation and Hope Foundation. A Rotarian for over 8 years and a Paul Harris Award recipient, David believes in giving back with a focus on improving the lives of others.
David holds Executive Program honors from Columbia University, a Master of Business Administration from Miami University, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati.
