Rajesh K. Soin (President & CEO)
Rajesh is the founder, President, and CEO of Corbus LLC. Rajesh’s visionary leadership has guided Corbus’ growth since its inception and has differentiated Corbus from its competitors to make it responsible for delivering full client support and sustainable earnings growth.

He is a successful businessman known throughout the world for his business acumen, leadership, and expertise in growth-oriented businesses covering multiple industries. Mr. Soin serves on numerous local and statewide boards, and actively supports a long list of community projects.

Sanjay Lakhanpal (VP & COO)
Sanjay is the Chief Operating Officer for Corbus. His focus is on continuously improving and increasing customer experience, improving employee engagement and increasing the depth of services. In this role, he is responsible for managing new Business Development, Key Alliances and Client Relationships. Sanjay has successfully proved his potential to lead and build Corbus on several fronts where he worked as Head of the India Delivery Center and was responsible for performance of various delivery engagements and increasing business performance and organizational effectiveness. This was complemented by his other areas of interest to increase competitiveness, fostering leadership growth, teamwork and propagating Corbus values.

Sanjay is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt. In his previous roles, he has implemented, managed, and led strategic business initiatives in companies like GE and Keane and consulted for clients in Retail, CPG, and global System Integration companies.

Girish Ahuja (Chief Financial Controller)
Girish Ahuja is the Chief Financial Controller of Corbus and has more than 10 years of financial management experience in the IT consulting industry. He oversees the company's worldwide financial planning & analysis, accounting, treasury, and tax functions. Girish also served Karna Global Technologies, as a Financial Controller prior to joining Corbus. Earlier to this, he has worked with companies like J. Thomas, Metal Box, HCL, and PCL Mindware, where he played a key role in their finance and accounting departments.

Jeffery (Jay) Eisenmenger (VP – Supply Chain Management)
Jeffery Eisenmenger is Vice President – Supply Chain Management services at Corbus LLC. Jeffery, with more than 21 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, has worked in all the aspects of sourcing, purchasing, contract management, and supplier development for Fortune 50 clients. He brings a wealth of expertise to his role in building effective service delivery, change management, outsourcing, and operation management. Prior to Corbus, he was associated with GE for more than 10 years. Jeffery is a Six Sigma Black Belt.

Prashant Arora (Asst. VP – Supply Chain Management)
Prashant Arora serves as an Associate Vice President – Supply Chain Management and brings over 12 years of global experience in streamlining the business operations in the field of Supply Chain Management and Procurement Outsourcing. He is responsible for developing key alliances in the industry, nurturing business development, ensuring service delivery, and maintaining client relationships. His extensive global experience and an in-depth understanding of Supply Chain Management have helped Corbus in building strong expertise in Direct and Indirect Procurement outsourcing.

Prior to joining Corbus, Prashant spent 9 years in North America in the Discrete Manufacturing and Supply Chain Sector serving as an in-house consultant and a continuous improvement specialist for Office Speciality Inc.(now Inscape Inc.) from 1997 to 2003 and Krug Inc. from 2004 to 2006. He holds an Honors degree in Electrical Engineering from India and a Gold Medalist in his MBA program. He is also a Certified Financial Planner from North America.
