Being at Corbus is all about being wanted. It’s a place where young minds mingle with the experienced resulting into a learning experience for both. Our overall aim is to create a system in which everybody takes joy in his/her work. We understand that in today’s time, our employees spend a considerable part of their life at work. As we share their joys, despairs, moments of jubilation and their blues we believe in creating an atmosphere of home away from home for our people.

In India, all through the year, Chaupal (our employee club) is busy organizing fun activities for celebrating together, be it splashing the colors of Holi, or lighting the crackers on Diwali, flying kites on Independence Day or celebrating the onset of monsoon with garam pakodas. Events like Antakshari, Dumb Charades, Badminton Tournaments, Cricket matches are organized frequently and are an integral part of the Corbus culture.

In the US, Corbus Connexions, a social committee, organizes events such as an Annual Summer Picnic, Baseball games, Luncheons, Potlucks, and a Formal Annual gathering. At the picnic, baseball games and formal annual gathering, employees’ families are encouraged to share in the fun.

Corbus is also happy to celebrate employee’s birthdays and wedding anniversaries. A wedding anniversary gift is sent to all married employees from the corporate office.

Our annual outstation fun trip in India is a much sought after event where our people not only get an opportunity to enjoy a fresh break from their busy schedules but they also get to interact with the families of their colleagues.

Fun does not always require a reason at Corbus. Often we just pick up themes to make our day special. The theme could be "Thanksgiving" or "The Laughter Challenge", the spirit is always to bring out the twinkle in the eyes of each individual at Corbus.
