Description:
|
- Maintenance of computers & peripherals at customer’s site as per customer satisfaction

Ensuring that the desktop workstations are working and the systems are updated with latest patch and Anti-Virus
-
Hardware and Software Inventory checks for compliance and 100% update
-
Configuration of different software on user workstations
-
Installation and redeployment of desktops
-
Configuration of outlook and printers
-
Take regular project and system backups
-
Ensure regular self up gradation of knowledge |
|
Requirements:
|
- Experience in desktop level support, installation of OS & application software, outlook configuration and troubleshooting
- Experience in interact with external vendors/customers for technical support
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking including cabling, switching, routing, firewall, VPN, VLAN concepts is required
- Basic understanding of Servers Technologies
- Basic understanding of VoIP Technologies
