Handle inbound / outbound Korean & Chinese calls from Customers giving excellent customer service and meeting the business needs.

Execute the assigned transactions meeting the timelines

Respond to e-mails and/or chat from customers
- Communicate verbally and in writing between customers and interpret and respond clearly and effectively to spoken requests and written instructions.

Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and customers alike.

Requirements:

- 1 to 3 years Experience of transactions using Chinese and Korean language to communicate to the customers
- Excellent Communication Skills in Korean
- Excellent communication skills in Chinese
- Good communication skills in English
