- Handle inbound / outbound Korean, Korean & Chinese calls from Customers giving excellent customer service and meeting the business needs.
- Execute the assigned transactions meeting the timelines
- Respond to e-mails and/or chat from customers
- Communicate verbally and in writing between customers and interpret and respond clearly and effectively to spoken requests and written instructions.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and customers alike.

Requirements:
