Description:
  • Execute the assigned transactions meeting the timelines  
  • Create Purchase Order    
  • Make changes in Purchase Orders                                    
  • Liason with requisitioner to gather information for open Purchase requisition    
  • Vendor details updation        
  • Creation of Tax Forms     
  • Handle inbound / outbound calls in specified language from Customers giving excellent customer service and meeting the business needs.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 
  • Respond to e-mails and/or chat from customers
  • Communicate verbally and in writing between customers and interpret and respond clearly and effectively to spoken requests and written instructions.
  • Reports & MIS

 

Requirements:
  • Fluency in verbal and written communications in specified language  
  • Experience of transactions using specified language to communicate to the customers  
  • Good written & verbal communication in English.
