Rajesh (Raj) K. Soin: Chairman/Chief Executive Officer
Raj Soin is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Corbus, LLC. His visionary leadership has guided Corbus’ growth since its inception, differentiating Corbus from its competitors to make it responsible for delivering full client support and sustainable earnings growth. He has founded and been linked to many successful public and private businesses, including Modern Technologies Corporation and Soin International, LLC.
Mr. Soin actively contributes to numerous deserving organizations. His generosity and dedication to leadership and education include The Raj Soin College of Business at Wright State University, the Indu and Raj Soin Medical Center in Dayton, Ohio and the Sukhdev Raj Soin Hospital in India.
Mr. Soin graduated from Delhi University in India with a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering. He received a Master degree in Industrial Engineering from Bradley University.
David P. Spencer: President/Chief Operating Officer
David P. Spencer is the President and Chief Operating Officer for Corbus, LLC. He has set challenging yet attainable goals for the company to strive to continue growing globally.
Mr. Spencer started his career as a Software Engineer and has since advanced into Sr. Executive roles by saving millions of dollars for his clients implementing cost effective and time efficient IT enabled business solutions. With his expertise, he has been able to expand the growth potential for all companies with whom he has built business relations.
David P. Spencer graduated from the University of Cincinnati with Bachelor degrees in both Computer Science and Business Administration. He received his Master of Business Administration from Miami University and obtained an Executive Education Certificate in Strategic Growth and Change from Columbia University.
Jason Evans: Senior Vice President, Corporate Development, Sales & Marketing
As Senior Vice President, Corporate Development, Sales & Marketing Jason Evans works toward the expansion of Corbus services and focuses on ensuring global services and support capability. He shares his proficiency in business as a member of the Board of Directors for a nonprofit management organization, Technology First.
Since 1994, Jason held various positions in both Fortune 100 organizations and successful start-up businesses where he was responsible for growing company services, relationship development with new and existing clients, negotiating contracts, conducting employee recruitment, and composing staff and project strategies. He excels in competitive strategy and leadership and financial management.
Jason Evans graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Management Information Systems.
Dr. Amit Shekhar: Senior Vice President, India Operations Head
Dr. Amit Shekhar, India Operations Head, dynamically leads Corbus’ India offices to achieve success and to drive competitive advantage for global clients. He brings to Corbus a proficiency in strategic business planning, operations management, product development and management, quality and customer satisfaction, employee development, and profit and loss control. He has held leadership roles for leading global IT & BPO organizations implementing numerous global solutions for Fortune 500 companies and has grown supply chain consulting and data management practices.
Dr. Amit Shekhar graduated with a Bachelor degree in Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology in Roorkee, India. He continued his education in the United States by earning a Master degree from Northern Illinois University and a Doctorate degree from Kansas State University both in Industrial Engineering.
Stephen T. Catanzarita: Chief Financial Officer
Stephen T. Catanzarita, as Chief Financial Officer, oversees all Corbus financial operations. With his vast knowledge in the financial field, he is able to create a more competitive and efficient company through improved and simplified processes.
Mr. Catanzarita thrives in the global environment due to his experience in top level positions at companies around the world. His tremendous success in linking financials across companies and subsidiaries translates to integrated processes and timely analyses that have enabled organizations to realize exponential financial growth. Steve is focused on producing this same historic success from his financial team, driving efficiencies through automation and streamlining processes and systems across the geographically spread organization.
Stephen T. Catanzarita earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and Accounting from Geneva College. He received his Certified Public Accounting certification from Virginia.
